Only you're probably not going to like his advice for losing weight -- just eat less.

"If you eat less than 2,000 calories you'll lose weight," the mayor said on his weekly WOR radio show today. "If you eat more than 2,000 calories, you'll gain weight. Now some things metabolize more quickly than others. And everyone says I should go on this kind of diet or that kind of diet. Don't eat and you'll lose weight."

democrat goal for Americans:

she and her family ate less then 2000 calories a day.

if you see a lib on foodstamps, in a welfare line, or begging for food... ask them:

"how's that change working out for you?"

Is he dumber then dirt or a box of hammers?

You can eat 5,000 calories and not gain weight if you are working them off.

And yeah I know guys who eat enough to make his nannyness pee his lacy drawers. They are not fat, some are down right skinny, they are moving all day long and burn up every calorie they eat.

The government itself can be thought of as a living, breathing autonomous organism, which demands larger and larger meals despite the cellulite and thunder thighs, and just recently refused to have so much as one corn chip removed from the larger bag it received to quell its insatiable hunger.

Diana Taylor (born 1955) is the former New York State Superintendent of Banks and the domestic partner of Mayor Michael Bloomberg.

It was rumored that Taylor would be nominated by George W. Bush as the Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), but Taylor was never offered the job. Reports said that Taylor had undergone a background check by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and had finished the White House paperwork for the position. The reports also said that Bush aides were informing U.S. Senate leaders about the nomination and that it would be announced in a few days.
As Mayor Bloomberg unveiled a second-term agenda to cut down on gun violence and the flow of illegal guns into the city, more rumors came about suggesting pressure from the National Rifle Association caused President Bush not to nominate Taylor. Following the withdrawal of her nomination, Bloomberg cancelled a scheduled appearance at a White House dinner, which would feature the Dance Theatre of Harlem. He instead attended a community meeting in the Bronx.

Taylor, a divorcee with no children, met Mayor Bloomberg at a Citizens Budget Commission event in 2000, where they were seated together. Since then the couple has been together and she acts as an unofficial first lady for the city, joining the mayor at social functions and campaigning with him. She has been frequently seen marching with him in parades citywide.
During the 2005 New York City transit strike, Taylor stayed with Bloomberg in the city’s Office of Emergency Management headquarters in Brooklyn each night of the strike. During his second inauguration in 2006, Taylor occupied a front row seat with the mayor’s mother and daughters.
Both have denied any intentions of marrying.

Hizzoner has that covered-—

Exercise, by Bloomberg’s reckoning, is not a substitute for reducing intake.

“You have to run for half an hour for one muffin. So it’s not exercise, it’s overeating. Exercise contributes,” he said.

Note to Bloomberg, You forgot the second part,
you also have to WORK MORE.

If you cut back but still veg out on the sofa watching
judge judy all day, guess what? You won’t lose weight.

Walking to the 7-11 carrying your EBT card is not enough.

Once in a while an actual fact pops out even if it is to support a dictatorial agenda. I once heard a football coach talk about players coming back to camp after the off season. he said that in order to get back down to weight, they had to experience hunger. My wife hates that coach and the way I remember his words...

Perhaps Mayor Mike needs to go on 800 calories a day to shrink the size of his fat head. Alternatively, he could take a one way trip to the Gulag Archipelago of his choice in Siberia.

You can lose a ton of weight participating in one of the Mayor’s many NYC bath houses, too.
