> One of the most insidious pieces of legislation offered so far is from Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA). It is H.R.21, a bill he calls the “NRA Members’ Gun Safety Act of 2013.” The title is based on Moran’s claim that the provisions of the bill are, according to some polling, supported by self-identified members of the NRA.

The bill does not have the backing or endorsement of the NRA or any member in good standing of that organization, nor is it supported by any other legitimate firearms organization.

Typical deception by the O administration. Most dishonest administration the U.S. has ever had in it’s history. The ends justifies the means should be their slogan. And this guy stepped up and said there would be transparency; I guess sort of like those shady used car salesmen that tell you the car was owned by a little old lady who only drove it to church every Sunday and back and kept it in the garage....yeah sure...

These people have no idea what a shyt storm they are stirring up.

If they think Americans are going to give up and lay down they are crazy.

We have rights, One of them is to own weapons. We are right and they are wrong and people will fight for what is right.

These liars like Biden, the Brady Bunch, Mayors Against Illegal Guns and the like have cooked up their own crazy polling data to support their positions. One of them, I think it was the Mayors, claimed that 89% of gun owners were in favor of an AW and magazine ban. 89%? I wonder which gun owners they called? Maybe Feinstein and Schumer and pals?

As the only consumer product, the ownership of which is protected by the constitution, surely there would be some consumer laws against overbearing legislation. (like the constitution isn’t enough!)

“the fink, whose perfidy was equaled only by his(her) gall” (Gilbert Millstein).
PERFIDY is a perfect term for the treasonous persons we have in OUR government today. If we cannot cleanse DC and the the filth that occupy it we are SOL.

Rep. Bobby Rush (D-Ill) reintroduced his registration and licensing bill as H.R.34

How about legislation which states that someone who cannot buy a firearm legally, cannot write gun laws? Rush is a felon and could not walk into a gun store to purchase one, yet is writing laws regarding guns. How does this many any sense.
