Rep. Bobby Rush (D-Ill) reintroduced his registration and licensing bill as H.R.34
How about legislation which states that someone who cannot buy a firearm legally, cannot write gun laws? Rush is a felon and could not walk into a gun store to purchase one, yet is writing laws regarding guns. How does this many any sense.

It does NOT make any sense!!! He should be writing NO LAWS AT ALL; if he’s a felon he should be in JAIL, or working as a short-order cook!!!
