Floyd Corkins Jr. pleaded guilty on Wednesday to wounding a security guard at the Washington headquarters of the Family Research Council, a conservative Christian lobbying group fighting against gay marriage, on August 15 last year. Corkins was carrying 15 Chick-fil-A sandwiches at the time – the restaurant chain noteworthy for its public, Christian-based opposition to gay marriage – and intended to rub the sandwiches in his victims´ faces. The New York Times made do with a brief from Reuters that did not mention a vital angle

I wish I could remember how many hours, two or three, it was after the first report of the Tucson mass-murder that the media began showing file video footage of Palin walking up to a podium at a tea-party rally.

I still just can’t get over the sheer outlandishness of that deliberate media attack. For days, in their non-stop coverage, the media had a constant video loop, showing footage of Giffords, a shot of blood on the pavement, a photo of the little girl killed, and Palin at a tea party rally. Over and over again. Consciously connecting and placing blame right on Palin. Basically dumping the dead bodies right on her doorstep. Incendiary beyond belief. It reportedly led to over a hundred-thousand death-threats towards Palin and her family.

It showed the abject evil of the media, and the ends it will willingly go to, to destroy anyone who dares threaten the ruling class and its socialist agenda. It’s a lesson I’ll never get over until the day I die. Not to mention how the whole outrage was compounded by how astonishingly few (hello there, GOP) dared to even stand up for Palin and protest this shockingly egregious behavior from the media. A real watershed moment, in so many ways. Made me truly begin to doubt the salvageability of the country.

It showed the abject evil of the media...

Yes, that is the correct assessment of our Media in America - Evil.
Although all of these shooters can be classified as being 'crazy', there have been a few other common denominators that our Evil Media ignores. Namely, all of these shooters in America tilted left.
But I have to admit that this was not the case of the Norwegian shooter who killed 70 odd young people at an island retreat. He swung right (unlike all of the American mass murderers - or 'attempted' murderers, as in the case of this FRC 'shooter'- who was fortunately thwarted), but the one trait that they ALL shared in common was a steadfast atheism and enmity towards God. I suppose in Europe, most of their culture is Atheistic, so you probably have a 50-50 shot to have one of these murderous crackpots fall on either side of the political spectrum. For whatever reasons, in America the Left have staked out this diseased sub-culture (denying God thrice in the last Democrat convention), and we see their fruits in these occasional outbursts of murderous mayhem (although that murderous mayhem that goes by the name of abortion is certainly not occasional - but at this time I am only referencing these shooting rampages or attempted rampages)....

But, of course, our Media will never breathe a word about these facts...because they work for the evil one...

And it was made clear, time and time again, that the images on Sarah Palin's maps were actually surveyor symbols. But, as usual, the lamestream media refused to acknowledge the truth.
