I have to wonder how many times a day abuses like this occur across America. The abuses do not have to be about raw milk, but just government, too much government, just doing their jobs. Personally, I couldn't take their cheese if I worked for government. If I owned the farm, I might not be as friendly. I would also ask my friends and neighbors to be no so friendly.

There needs to be a day that we just say no to government - with consequences for anyone enforcing government's will.

It looks like a dispute over the sanitation status of the product, about whether Listeria was present or not. Tests on the cheese alleged it was present; tests on the dairy itself found none.

Some smart food processing operations (though I don’t know if raw organic dairies would be interested) have started to use phages — viruses which do nothing but kill bacteria. The viruses are harmless to humans. Any unlucky Listeria bacterium that gets accosted by a phage is soon croaked. But it may sound too “processed” for use. Whatever. But this looked like a genuine dispute of facts.
