As I read the ñew New York gun laws like the police there is no exemption for the entertainment industry (movies, TV, or plaifys). Even if the guns themselves were non working props I'll bet the magazines are real. That alone would bear crime. They aren't going to have just one magazine either. If they were real there would be massive fines and some lengthy jail time. Based on the way the law is written conspiracy charges for violating the law. Tight be able to be brought against the production company, the actors, studios and their executives. I wonder how you force the state of New York to enforce their new law on these elites.
Good question.
Kind of like DC laws? Where it was ok for david gregory to have a 30rd magazine but you can bet if we left one in the back of the car and got caught we’d be coolin’ our heels in the ol’ hoosegow for a while. (That is unless you have your “I’m a radical left wing extremists who wishes to crush the bill of rights” ID card on you which would exempt you from DC laws.)
Grrrrr! :>(
Easy, 1) write an exemption like they did for the cops or 2) just look the other way like they did for David Gregory. In the liberal mind laws are to control those on the outside. Insiders can do whatever they want...
Gun and violence are never used in movies what do mean? If they were maybe making a documentary about the3 Regan years in office the could add them in the studio later and have the actors hold umbrellas for props while filming.
