Having spent some time on a shrink’s couch in the past, I’m certain I’ll become a target. They don’t care WHY you were they, they care that you were there at all.
What makes me curious is if these shrinks realize this is going to decimate their practices? People will never go for psychological counseling for anything knowing that they might have their doors busted down for being “anxious.”
FWIW, I suffered from depression due to alcohol abuse and the loss of girlfriend. Once I started attending AA and realized I had a problem, I’ve never looked back. Been sober for years and never been back to that doctor.
The thing that’s so crazy about shrinks, is that there is a high percentage of shrinks, that go to other shrinks for their own problems.
How can we allow these people to be in any position to label others mentally unfit, when they themselves in large numbers, are themselves suffering such mental problems that THEY require going to a shrink for help?
I’m seeing a shrink right now, my insurance company required it before I have surgery.
That young woman is bat-sh*t crazy and I have no idea of how she got her job.
After the first 10 minutes I knew to play the game to get it over with asap, she seems the type who would love to have this power over her patients. No way in hell I would admit to owning firearms to her, especially now.
Great point. he says he wants to make sure that people with mental problems don’t have guns while at the same time making many people who need to see a shrink not go see one. So how will he make sure these people don’t have guns if they don’t know who these people are?
Just like saying every company that employs 30 or more people must provide insurance. It never entered their minds that companies would simply cut the work force to part time. They simply can’t think.

On the other hand, maybe more people will seek out a priest to talk over things they used to see a therapist for.
reason why this country has gone to crap is because of liberal socialist shrinks, they were the ones which said homosexuality was alright but ignored all the findings of disease, mental illness.
These same shrinks are now telling freaks in schools, weirdo’s etc it;s alright to be out there and be different and would it be the same shrink that the CO shooter went to and she kept saying he;s alright and it;s OK to act differently?

out of work psychiatrists will be hired by the feds to analyze the populace they wish to deem unworthy... and they will do it willingly, because their word will carry the weight of authority.
