Really? I heard from friends in Europe that it is closer to 50%.

The government there probably fudges the numbers the way ours does.

Pretty much. My sis works in HK for a known multinational bank and she was sent in November to Prague and Warsaw. If she says it’s worse than Detroit, it’s worse than Detroit. Her group was attached private security firm affiliated with XI (blackwater) because the banks didn’t trust their own local security guys.
