Gov. Christie and Michael Steele Join Mayor Bloomberg in Criticizing the NRA
breitbart ^ | December 22, 2012 | AWR Hawkins

Posted on 12/23/2012 5:03:15 PM PST by lowbridge

After Wayne LaPierre spoke of the NRA's desire to help make children safer by using its own money and resources to train teachers and work with police departments to have an armed presence at every school that wants it, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and former RNC chair Michael Steele joined Mayor Michael Bloomberg in crying foul.

Said Christie: "In general, I don't think the solution to safety in schools is putting an armed guard because for it to really be effective in my view, from a law enforcement perspective, you have to have an armed guard at every classroom."

This is absolute lunacy. And if we followed Christie's line of thinking for our homes, we'd have to conclude that having a gun at the ready by the bed at night is a waste of time unless we have a family member armed and on watch at every entrance to the house at all times as well.

You see how silly such thinking is?

Christie opposes the Second Amendment and supports the most evil person ever to enter our White House. Exactly why would anyone sane ever consider voting for Christie?

We cannot allow people to say things that are so obviously devoid of logic and reason, without being challenged. So we need an armed policeman on every street corner?

Why don't they just come out of the political closet and get it over with?

Making my list and marking it twice. Those who oppose the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution are nothing more than Communists. We have a natural God-given right to protect our property with the best methods possible. That means any technology we can use as a gun so that we can protect ourselves from military invasion or from the use of totalitarian government weapons.

These anti 2nd Amendment tools need to be exposed for their anti-American ideology. They are Communists pure and simple.

yep, the gun-grabbing RINOs are out in force. While it is sad that are so many of them, it is nice that the internal enemies have exposed themselves.

Now we can stop pretending that anything that happens in NJ is relevant to liberty.

It happened before this one for me. Seeing the Pubbies whine and do NOTHING about the widespread fraud against the military absentee vote was the last nail in the coffin. If they can't go to the mat for the military when their votes are stolen, why would anyone think they give a sh*t about any American?

Does the RNC have to issue an "F U" Proclamation? Yes? Well folks, figure it out. They just did.

hey, you don't need to be for or against the 2nd amendment to know that when mad men are going around slaughtering innocent children you probably need to provide innocent children protection ~ particularly when the killing zones are the very public schools you force them to attend.

This is where the Democrats and the less educated wing of the Republican party end up doing foul things to the pooch.

Let me make a prediction here ~ Fatboy will be the first to complain about folks calling his office with death threats ~ as if we should care about a guy who doesn't care if mad men are wandering about murdering children.

The reality is that if John Bonher somehow stops this AWB from passing, he’s my man and he has my full support, tears and all.

All we have to do is stop it. One senator willing to lay down a filibuster, just enough Congressmen to say NO. Then we can take on Obama’s executive orders one by one with the courts.

Every movie star, lib politician, wealthy lib that has a body guard and gated security should stfu until they ditch the protection.

christie knows nothing about being a police officer, the fat bastard talks from his ample ass not his thinking end. He could never be a police officer weighing as much as a VW bus. He could never run after or run from a criminal, therefore he would always be shooting. He talks a lot, says nothing. If he dropped the gun, he could always roll them over like a bowling ball.

It is not surprising how many reactionary, hysterical, limp wristed me-too brigades have popped up, the only surprise is that some waited so long.
