No. However, I do follow TVbytheratings.com. It tells you all you need to know about TV show ratings. The problem with some otherwise intelligent people on this site is that they don’t do their homework and end up spouting really ignorant comments that are not true and making the rest of us look stupid to those liberals you talk about. We are conservative and should be knowledgable in things without saying untrue statements.
dforest. Come on. Seriously I was not directing my post to you. It is to the general group. If I was going to direct something to you personally, I would FREEPMAIL you. To be honest, I never heard of the show. I did some research on the ratings and saw that it was a dismal rated show. I just wanted to have some facts to back up my statements. If it makes people feel better to think or know that the show was cancelled because of the shooting then that is ok. I don’t want people stressed out over a tv show.

This wasn’t addressed to me but as a fan of the Honey Boo Boo show I’m happy to see a poor family make some money...beats SNL with Jamie Foxx saying he gets to kill White people and “how Black is that”.
Nobody had a problem with kids like Shirley Temple, Andy Rooney, Liz Taylor, the kid who played Buckwheat, Topsie in GWTW, Little Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Judy Garland in “The Wizard of Oz”, the Olsen twins.....I could go on but kids are cute to watch and I hope Honey Boo Boo does really well in the future. Just my 2 cents worth.
I stopped the satellite TV subscription in 2003. Do the same, if you want to see more of the truth about what goes on around us. Leaving television behind can also be good for your health (more exercise, outdoors more enjoyable).

We no longer watch tv. I had the satellite service disconnected several months ago. Get my news on the net, come here and to a couple other forums. I will not aid the enemy.
Yes, it's time. When I moved to my new house, Comcast gave me a bundled package; high-speed internet, full hi-def cable, HBO, the works and a land-line. In a month, I don't watch an hour of cable TV. All my viewing is Netflix and Amazon Prime. Same with the wife and kids. The only calls I ever get on my landline are collection agents looking for someone who used to have my number.
I'm done. My contract expires in March. I see no reason to renew anything other than internet service. I'm just throwing away money.
