I'm not the sharpest pencil in box, but is this any different from an abject unconditional surrender?
I'm no longer a Republican - After 40 years as a registered Republican, I've ditched them and am now registered as a Conservative.
Keep Faith with the Fallen of Benghazi! Let the Obama Regime, for once, tell the Truth!
Fiat Justitia, Ruat Coelum!

Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)

I can only hope this is a ploy to get the media to report that Republicans were willing to Offer up nearly everything and got shot down by Obama on every count so that they can defend themselves as being at fault over the fiscal cliff failure.Come on - don't you know our media by now? Do you really think that is how it will be portrayed?

Pre-scripted and pre-planned. Boob bait for bubbas. If any Republican cared about the country they would not concede one inch.

Is there a conservative party in your state? I am from New York and have been a registered member of the Conservative Party of NY for he longest time.

“The White House rejected the offer, saying it would raise too little cash to significantly dent record budget deficits...”
But raising taxes on those making over $250,000 will pay for 8 days of spending. And the democrats want to increase the “record budget deficits”.

I am NOT going to give up on the party. I need to fight harder. SO.....I am running for the Republican County Chair. I should have some influence, then. So far, things are looking good!
If I am successful at this, I will have nobody to blame but myself. Time to shift the pendulum. I will not fail.

Time for a third party, which eventually will become the second party and make the GOP a third party.

Boehner cowers in the corner.Boehner caves on taxes - who didn't see that coming? EVERY F***** TIME THIS FARCE PLAYS OUT THE SAME. Democrats demand tax hikes and the Republican demand spending cuts. And EVERY TIME we get IMMEDIATE Tax hikes and a false promise of spending cuts in the future - cut that NEVER materialize
