Leno: 'Very Dangerous to White House If Journalists Suddenly Start Asking Real Questions'
NewsBusters ^ | November 30, 2012 | Noel Sheppard

Posted on 11/30/2012 10:21:57 AM PST by Kenny

Jay Leno continued pressuring Barack Obama Thursday night.

During his opening monologue on NBC's Tonight Show, the host said, "This is very dangerous to the White House if journalists should suddenly start asking real questions” (video follows with transcribed highlights and commentary):

“This week, CBS News became the first news organization besides Fox to ask President Obama ‘Who changed the Benghazi talking points?’” Leno teased.

“See, this is very dangerous to the White House if journalists should suddenly start asking real questions.”

Indeed it is, Jay. Indeed it is.

Just imagine how dangerous it would have been to Obama if so-called "journalists" would have asked him real questions in 2007 when he first threw his hat into the ring.

Or in 2008. Or 2009. Et cetera. Et cetera.

The wayback link for the page you give would also be helpful, so we can all look it up as well. Thanks!

I’m surprised the audience didn’t boo him off the stage, in Looneyville out there on the Left Coast....

They're probably tourists, or at least out-of-towners.

Bennett recanted and said he believes Obama was born in Hawaii.

So there! That PROVES it.

I have not read this book but it has caused quite a stir among reviewers because the book details the author's many experiences fooling the MSM into published nonsense. Ryan Holiday, Author “Trust Me, I’m Lying” (Mr. Holiday was on the Andy Dean show)

Here's a Forbes article How This Guy Lied His Way Into MSNBC, ABC News, The New York Times and More

"He used Help a Reporter Out (HARO), a free service that puts sources in touch with reporters. Basically, a reporter sends a query, and a slew of people wanting to comment on the story email back."

Apparently as long as it is what the "reporter" wants to hear.. he publishes it without checking.

Someone said Bennett said one thing. I merely pointed out that he recanted.

I did not say that. Again, I just said he recanted.

Also, when an assertion of fact is made, definitive proof must be presented. It has not been.

Why isn’t it enough that Obama is a bad Prez?

Bad prez???

OK let's assume he was born in Hawaii. Everything else about him is iffy, undocumentable, hidden. We don't even know if that's his real name.

He put it in print that he was born in Kenya, then in Hawaii in one hospital, then a different one. Neither claims him.

Maybe you believe he is telling you the truth, but what does that make you?

Either he's a "bad prez" because he's stupid, or because he's an enemy agent.

I believe I was the only person who mentioned Bennett, and only to say that Onaka confirmed to him that the HI BC is non-valid. Bennett’s own opinion is neither here nor there; what matters is what Onaka revealed in that legal document for Bennett: specifically that the HI BC is non-valid and so the State of Hawaii can’t verify ANY birth facts for Obama.

Which makes no sense if Obama was really born at Kapiolani as claimed on the document. So it is a HUGE leap of blind faith if ANYBODY believes that Obama really was born in Hawaii at this point, but especially for Bennett who was told point-blank that the State of Hawaii is legally prohibited from vouching for that claim. Personally it is a leap of faith. Legally and professionally, it is a violation of the Constitution’s Full Faith and Credit Clause. What documentation does Bennett have, to overrule the record of Hawaii?

If you’re talking about the fact that I presented - that Onaka confirmed the non-validity of the HI BC (which you then proceeded to ignore, focusing on Bennett’s opinion instead of the legal document he received from Onaka) - that is documented at http://butterdezillion.files.wordpress.com/2012/09/complete-klayman-letter-to-bauer.pdf

More explanation at http://butterdezillion.files.wordpress.com/2012/09/wheel-of-fortune-v-family-feud-final.pdf

If you look on the latest posts on my blog (by clicking on the last couple months on the right side-bar) you can see more.

If somebody doesn’t think the facts I stated were well-documented enough, I would hope they would ask me about it.

This is where elections in Europe have been for decades. The #1 overriding issue to voters is “How do I maintain or increase my social benefits?”. Little else matters.

Yep, you nailed it.
And just try to roll back the "benefits" after the socialists have run out of other people's money, and the riots break out and the unionized nation "goes on strike". This is precisely what Ubama and the rat party want for America. And, apparently, so do the majority of voters.

I think Leno and several other “ultra rich” really thought Romney was going to win so they remained quiet and thought they would be fine with no tax increases but could pretend to be liberals then attack Romney for the next four years. Backfired I guess - now they are stuck with this corrupt administration and are going to pay through the nose.

Yes, the rampant vote fraud took everyone by surprise -- even Hollywood.

You made an assertion in post 28. I asked you for documentation - specifically a waybackmachine link to a pre-2004 page claiming a Hawaii birth for Obama. I’m still waiting for you to present the definitive proof of the assertion that you “Did some research and found him identified as born in Hawaii before the evidence presented in this thread”. You made the claim, and now you need to present the definitive proof for your claim.

And that’s where this whole country sits, in a nutshell. We’ve already got it legally confirmed that Obama has no legally-determined birth facts saying he was born in Hawaii and thus cannot (without a legal procedure to determine his true birth facts) qualify by Jan 20th as required by the 20th Amendment - indeed, never did qualify on Jan 20, 2009 as required and so has been an unConstitutional acting POTUS for the past 4 years - but because the media will lie about it and our “leaders” are all afraid of the media, and our courts say it’s nobody else’s business, we are hanging here in a lawless state of limbo.

Thank you for your hard work on this.

I continue to remember you in my prayers.

I started reading your blog and you do not present proof. Instead you inferred proof by interpreting facts. There is a difference. Yours is not real proof. I am not saying you might not be right, but inference is never proof.

Very Dangerous to White House If Journalists Suddenly Start Asking Real Questions

What is undocumentable and hidden?

His entire life, including Kindergarten records, college transcripts, college papers, the phony selective service registration, passports, the 39 pages of fake SS numbers, and the one he currently uses being unable to pass "E-verify"

Then there's the people who have mysteriously "died" obviously doctored historic photographs, and his denied connection with obvious anti-American radicals such as Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers, et al.

Is your "google" broken? Geeesh, do a little reading.

I did Google, and guess what I found?

Bloggers.

Bloggers can write anything. Then other bloggers quote them. People on the left do this all the time. Some on the right do it.

That is not journalism. That is not facts. That is what is commonly referred to as opinions. Everyone has them, just like arseholes.

That is not journalism. That is not facts.

Are you freakin' kidding!

Have you not heard of "JournoList"?

ABCNNBCBS, The NYT, Time Magazine, Newsweak et al (AKA the DNC propaganda wing) have very little credibility in the global media industry AND with the American people. This can be evidenced by their falling ratings, dwindling readership, and overt bias.

The fact that the above mentioned RATagandists refuse to carry certain news events, while FNC does, is not a commentary on FOX.

The fact that you dismiss the reportage or questions from the new media as invalid, is odd. That it seems to trigger your "incuriosity"...is in itself suspect.

Other than the foreign press and the New Media...we virtually have no news.

I don’t think that meets the criteria. For one thing, it’s a transcript, not an image of the newspaper as it was printed in 1990. (It’s noted that a “correction” was made. If one, why not another?) For another thing, this item exists in the Internet Archive dating back only as far as March 30, 2009. http://web.archive.org/web/20100212204234/http://www.nytimes.com/1990/02/06/us/first-black-elected-to-head-harvard-s-law-review.html

March 2009. Interesting month. What was happening then? Well, http://www.politico.com/blogs/bensmith/0309/Birther_bill_hits_Congress.html

“POLITICO; Ben Smith

Rep. Bill Posey, a freshman Republican from Florida, introduced a bill yesterday mirroring proposed state legislation in Missouri and elsewhere that stems from fringe doubts about Obama’s eligibility for office.

The full bill text isn’t yet available, and Posey’s spokesman didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment, but here’s a summary:

H.R. 1503. A bill to amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require the principal campaign committee of a candidate for election to the office of President to include with the committee’s statement of organization a copy of the candidate’s birth certificate, together with such other documentation as may be necessary to establish that the candidate meets the qualifications for eligibility to the Office of President under the Constitution; to the Committee on House Administration.”

http://www.macmillandictionary.com/open-dictionary/entries/birther.htm

“Birther” was defined in an online dictionary.

Here’s another by Ben Smith: http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0209/19450.html Introducing the “birther conspiracy.” He’s a long-time Obama offensive lineman. (I find him very offensive, btw.)

Got the picture? We don’t.

I’d like to see a PICTURE of that 1990 article from the New York Times. Failing that, I’d like to see a link to an UNCORRECTED transcript of that same story, online, prior to whenever Obama first began to think about becoming president.

Other than that, we have his very own publisher’s online biography that for over 16 years claimed he was born in Kenya. You can find that on Google, too.
