Translation? Well a GS 15 is equivalent to a two star general in pay. So, you imagine a two star general being the union head man at a VA hospital. The GS 15 is most likely a PHD shrink at the VAMC or the damn director. It is damn sick to me to have unions formed by federal workers.Perhaps you like it? Perhaps no?
