I don’t know that much about capito...would like to hear other’s thoughts on her. I am sure she is not perfect but at this point I want to win.
Shelley is not hard-shell conservative, but she is conservative. She is Republican of course, and she has done a good job as a representative in Congress. She is also a fairly good friend of mine and I think a lot of her. Very nice person. I am excited that she is running and I think she can win. Rocky is old and nobody but the good ole boy machine in Charleston likes the carpetbagger. Our Tea Party will be working for Shelley. I will be working for Shelley.
She’s apparently good on illegal immigration, which is something of a litmus test for me.
You’re right, she’s not perfect, but she’d be a good candidate and a good chance at a Senate pickup.
