Shelley is not hard-shell conservative, but she is conservative. She is Republican of course, and she has done a good job as a representative in Congress. She is also a fairly good friend of mine and I think a lot of her. Very nice person. I am excited that she is running and I think she can win. Rocky is old and nobody but the good ole boy machine in Charleston likes the carpetbagger. Our Tea Party will be working for Shelley. I will be working for Shelley.

That is all I needed to hear. I will be sending money as soon as her campaign is up and running.
I’ve had the oppurtunity to meet her several times. Each time I’ve talked with her about certain topics she surprises me by having a broad knowledge base. The staff that she has are top notch also. They helped me out on a foreign travel issue that I had a couple of years ago. Glad to hear she’s running against the Socialist. She’ll get my vote and support for sure.
