I hope all the Christians in SM erects a huge Nativity in their front yards.
Is anyone actually surprised..unfortunately this state has been taken over by the far left kooks NO PLACE in this state is safe from them anymore. The Athiests and the SEIU thugs get all the say here
Commie pig judge. I wish the ditz could show me where it bans Nativity scenes in the U.S. Constitution. It’s not in there BIATCH!
Commie lib “judges” like this took the U.S. Constitution and turned it into a “living and breathing document”. It’s now a wheezing and dying document surviving only on the life support provided by the Americans remaining in this country and the TEA Party.
Are there any? From what I remember religion was not a factor in Santa Monica’s civic life.
Actually, there are some fairly large Catholic and other Christian congregations in the area. Some fairly powerful and wealthy people are members.
That said, this is California, so they are outnumbered...
Sorry, doesn’t fly. If you deny this, then burning the flag isn’t free speech. They can’t have it both ways,
The judge said nothing of the kind. The elected officials of Santa Monica decided they didn't want a nativity scene on city-owned land. The lawsuit was trying to force the city to host a display it didn't want. Blame the city council, or the voters who elected them, not the judge.
