However, from Article I Section 5, “Each House shall be the judge of the elections, returns, and qualifications of its own members, . . . “
If, for instance, 900 votes in a precinct with 7 registered voters (as per another post) went for Murphy, there is reason to think (yeah, I know) the GOP House would question and hopefully refuse to seat Murphy.
Also, Allen West will demand and hopefully be entitled to examine all of the votes cast in his district. He should make examples of those who participated in the fraud.

Tallahassee does the final certification, and I believe their deadline is Tuesday.
Also, West has the right to contest the results and/or the certification up until Nov. 30th, IIRC.
They control (or lack of) the manufacturing and the distribution of election ballots.

They sure made cheating easy with all the federally mandated changes to voting after the 2000 election. Imagine a system where a memory card upload can throw a whole election. Where one card can just be switched with another to change the vote. And so on. All votes should be recorded on paper and sent to the secretary of state in some hard paper form. But people so love the modern digital world. Let them die by it.

Well, the GOP elite has been busy as bees dissing any and all Tea Party candidates, Sarah Palin, Allen West; they’ve joined hands with the Democrats to try to pressure one of our Tea Party congressmen from Tennessee to resign his seat. (They’ve perpetuated a smear campaign against him.) He’s a doctor opposed to Obamacare; which, frankly, I think they’re probably chomping at the bit to get fully enacted.)
Sarah Palin and Allen West have been about the best star power the Republicans have had going for them. - I also fear that Fudge’s attack on McCain may only elicit an “apology” from him; hope not, but, you know how it is.

UPDATE:
The official word came in about 2 O’clock Sunday afternoon that Patrick Murphy is the clear winner. Officials at the St Lucie County canvassing board counted more than 37-thousand early votes, write in candidates ballots and provisional ballots. The final total for all 8 days of early voting showed Allen West getting nearly 53 thousand votes and Patrick Murphy received nearly 66 thousand votes. In the recount, West gained 32 votes and Murphy gained 274 votes. Murphy’s team team says this proves that he is the clear winner in the congressional race and that it is time for West to concede. West’s team says they will go over the data from the recount to make sure that everything was done correctly. After that they will decide what their next step will be.

Tallahassee has to do final certification NLT Tuesday. After that Col. West can file to contest the results. He has until Nov. 30th to contest. He would appear to have a very strong case, given all the shenanigans coming out of the Gertrude Walker election office.

Guys, we need to start a page that has vote cheaters and crooks pictured on it. It would be best to know their city or county. Then you can look to see who in your county/state thought their beliefs were more important than yours, so they had to pad/subtract voters or take bribes so their views could dominate over the majority of voters. I have never bought the hand ringing that Romney voters didn’t show up. I have read way too much to believe that and have never seen people so fired up to fire Obama. My husband travels and works all over the US and it’s all people have talked about since Obama started showing his true colors after the 2008 election. We knew he was a disaster before then, but not everybody has spent the time reading that we do here.
I wish I lived in Allen West’s district so I could be making my voice heard there. I am passing along information as it comes out, donated, am keeping a folder of articles, sending notes to Congressional leaders, the RNC and others to say this president is a fraud and no one has given us a good reason to believe the votes.
This President let people die and had no trouble going to sleep that night. He has been caught in lie after lie so anyone drinking the koolaid that we just didn’t show up to vote is wrong. All news channels based the election night numbers on what one stinking firm feeds them. We are asked to believe Obama is so loved that he won against all odds compared to every presidential election in our history. He never could get his numbers above 50% and was reelected with 7.9% unemployment while no other president could jump that hurdle if the number was over 7.2%. One of the driveby’s did a story on a small Tx town that only gave Obama 5 votes and he was shocked. Imagine how we feel when cities had thousands of voters and dozens of their precincts had only 2, 1, or 0 votes for Romney! Allen West saw a precinct with 8 registered voters in FL get loaded with 900 votes at 2 minutes before the deadline of the recount today!
We must pray if we do not live in FL that someone with integrity will finally call out the democrats on their fraud. Send reports of busloads of people getting paid with bags of groceries to vote Obama, over 100% turnout in democratic districts, people going to vote and someone had voted for them, there is a whole list of things. If they can add 892 votes in an area with 8 registered voters in West’s district then you better believe they stole an election nationwide. Some people refuse to believe it could happen.
Spend some time studying the articles out there now and the many that will be coming in days ahead. We need access to voter registration and voter sign in books. West has not been allowed to see those yet as they are probably adding names as I write this.
One creative guy in Mass. is going to send congratulations for voting cards to everyone signed in on the voter rolls and see how many are returned as not deliverable to get a rough idea of illegal voting. He shouldn’t have told because he has had to come back and apologize for saying some rural counties that are all white had busloads of blacks they had never seen before that day. He is now a racist for stating a fact.
Did you hear the report from a poll watcher that said they had an app that would show someone’s registration info and she kept seeing people vote more than once but give the name of an obviously different voter. For example, an 18 yr. old voting for a 50 yr.old voter. People didn’t know their own address which they are supposed to be able to state so the people signing them in just told them what their address was and they said, yes that’s it.
I’m not going to ramble more about it, but Allen West specifically was targeted by the DNC because he’s not afraid of them and has no trouble questioning why there are so many muslim brotherhood associates and communists that have been appointed by Obama. He’s one of the few republicans that will fight for We, The People. Send him recount money if you can—if he can get past this latest scam they have pulled. I’ll tell you something else that stinks—the dirty SOE has managed to not be present to answer questions as she is in the hospital. She locked everyone out during vote counting originally, wouldn’t talk to the press and called a secret meeting so they could get to work making the fraud sell. She got several thousand more votes than Obama. Oh yeah, that makes sense. You should be in prison lady, enjoying a bunk with your other vote fraud crooks.
You guys willing to cheat for your brother all over this country have set race relations back immeasurably along with brother O. It’s like the stupid OJ Simpson case where truth lost out over power and revenge on people that had never done a thing to harm you.
We have to double down on cleaning the voter rolls up with guidance from True the Vote, report any irregularities you saw with them and appropriate officials in your state, and keep pressure on the republicans to demand action for the fraud we are just getting a peek of so far.

Make sure your election process is transparent and fair to both parties. Precinct workers from both parties required, poll watchers from both parties, counting in public with representatives of candidates included.
Elect the people who count the votes. If you find a bad apple, make the penalties strong enough to deter cheating.
Every election we hear about possible corruption- but somehow once the results are in, we lose focus. Inaction empowers the crooks to continue- and it has to stop.

That would not do it... Magnetics are not used in memory cards.
I remember a few days before the election, a Dem operative interviewed on CNN or Fox stating as a matter of fact that the “same day registration voters” would be the key to Obama’s victory.

The last magnetic media other than hard drives and the magnetic strips on credit cards, was floppy drives... They clearly are not using those.
However you could probably zap a memory card with enough static to damage it.

An interesting tidbit... We all know better than to put metal in a microwave. It arcs and sparks. However, if you put a box from a Chinese restaurant in the microwave, the little wire bale is not effected. Ever wonder why?

RINOs want to get rid of West. Impossible for Murphy to pick up that many votes unless establishment GOP and democrats are are not in cahoots. FRAUD. But then again Obama’s entire election was a fraud. RINOs take it up the rear and never say a word and they also want to purge their roles of any real conservatives.
