The usual RINO suspects but more conservatives than we’ve seen in a long time.

Morning all

Thanks for the thread and ping AB.

Looks like a potentially interesting bunch of lineups.

I assume we’re going to be treated to deep discussions of Obama’s deep involvement in the Bengazi murders and his upcoming impeachment.

At the end of every day and broadcast,
the MSM laughs with guile
that it has again successfully encouraged the American people
to FORGET the continued Islamic terrorist attacks
(WHICH AGAIN REPEATED THIS 9/11 covered up by the MSM),
and willingly pushed America deeper and faster into peril.

Looking forward to hearing the Obama admin explain how Susan Rice would be an excellent choice for SOS (Sockpuppet Of State).

Speaking of SOS, doesn't Hillary still have a private army of contractors in Iraq? I thought it was about 10,000 but being increased to 20,000 when Barry got out of Iraq. Couldn't any of those people have gotten to Benghazi while the shooting was still going on?

(There's a lesson to be learned here; if Barry Obama and his admin had ever watched a classic Western where the US Cavalry showed up just in time, maybe they would have thought of that. Too bad Barry's White House Choom gang thinks that Bareback Mountain is what Westerns look like.)

The wrong Rice is probably an excellent choice for the Chicago mobsters who run the govt.

If they chose Suzan Rice they would only have to generate one teleprompter speech for both ozero and rice. It would be very cost effective!

Also, its difficult to find anyone in govt. at her level that is stupid enough to repeat the same lie five times on five different networks and actually look as if she believed it!

The only one I can think of who is absolutely as dumb as her is Joe Biden! Look where he wound up!

Morning AB, ALL…

...no singing this morning, went to church yesterday, staying home today to enjoy yon company, quiet and presence with husband.

Did I tell y’all about my $42,000?

In due course. Meanwhile, thank you AB for doing this thread, as always, dependably and reliably.

I have been following Benghazi with concentration and , as expected, I’ve some thoughts.

And I don’t know just what’s going to come of it all.

I am, of course, way beyond “thinking” the administration lied about the riot thing, come on, I got common sense way beyond the Beltway crowd. It’s obvious Obama and Jarrett changed the whole narrative of the Benghazi events and if you want to talk to me about it do not even return to anything beyond that acknowledged lie.

For all week the various talking heads have been called upon to give their assessment of administration lies. Lessee, there’s been Jindal, Chuckie Schumer, Sherrod Brown, Joan Rivers, Micky Mouse….at one point they even asked Snookie of Jersey shore for her theory!

Some questions to ponder….did the administration just sit back and watch those people die?

Who are all those people evacuated from the annex, where are they, why don’t we get a translator, call them in, and find out what the hell happened? Some 40+ people evacuated from the CIA annex and no one’s talked yet to any of them?

What is Obama guilty of? At best, one might saythe administration is guilty of hapless performance.

At worst….what? Could this have been a planned event, could the “riot” have been arranged to allow a break in and removal of those prisoners for….oh I dunno, a nice big contribution through the Holy land charities to the Obama campaign?

Further, is this Benghazi thing impeachable? If so, will the congress do it? If not, why bother, why the hell bother?

In reference to my fabulous $42,000 that fell right from the sky into my lap, I happened to speak to a financial person Friday and she was way wise.

I chose to invest my sudden wealth in the stock market although I agonized for almost a week about it.

I did, of course, buy me some new clothes and gave my daughter some cause, hey, the money fell right outta the sky, more on this later.

Am interested in Benghazi theories as this always makes good Freep threads.

About my $42,000…..it’s just an anecdote but in a lot of ways I had to face issues caused by this recent election and I really did have some angst.

In 1968 (yes, that long ago), I began a job working for Western Electric in Baltimore Merryland. I worked there through 1982 (this tiny fact is important) at which point WE was broken up by part of mighty AT&T and was phasing down.

WE paid for my college degree (do companies today offer tuition refund any more?) and I hung on for 15 years cause they said I had to to get a pension.

Now I knew there was a pension allegedly waiting for me from WE….which is now, pay close attention, ALCATEL. Used to be Lucent Technologies and before that Western Electric, okay, that detail now elaborated upon.

Through the years I would get these statements saying when I “retired” I would get about $500 or so a month. Well I liked that fact but after I had quadruple bypass surgery the SS sent me a note, to the effect that I had a possible pension payer out there, which was then, Lucent Technologies, that I should contact them. I was 57 years old at the time.

So I DID contact them as instructed but they said they do not pay for disability retirement so okay, but they got my new address in Delaware, my new name, all that….

Heck, I re-married three times since my WE days, plus moved to a new state, yada, yada.

So one day in mid-August I get this letter….”you now have the option of choosing a lump sum for your retirement from Alcatel (which they are now) and if you do, your lump sum payment would be $41,987.32.

Well this suited me just fine though I’d believe it when I see it.

…..more later...got some things to say about the, eh, Sun day morning talk shows.

Will Twinkies be reborn through new Mexican ownership? by Adrian Carrasquillo, @RealAdrianC 3:02 pm on 11/17/2012

Next week may be Black Friday but sweets lovers across the nation hung their heads in sorrow on a dark Friday yesterday as Hostess announced they would cease making their line of products, which include the iconic Twinkies brand, because of the Bakers Union Strike.

FNS

[just turned it on]

Seems like Wallace is implying that the new talkingpoints/narrative is that the WH used ‘other stories’ [movie, etc.] so as not to tip off the terrorists.
