ARBIL, Iraq The president of Iraqs Kurdistan region has ordered its peshmerga security forces on high alert, a statement issued on Saturday said, attributing the move to clashes with central government forces.
An Iraqi general however said that the clashes in question came during an arrest attempt and did not involve the peshmerga.

In a very tough place, but they are very tough people.
I hope that they have all the hardware and ammo that they might need.
And Hammas, and Hezbolla, and Assad, and Kamenei, and Al Qaeda, etc.
The Kurds are the one group in Iraq worth assisting. The Arabs aren`t worth sh*t.
We will help everyone but the Christians. No one cares about Christians.
