My guess is Petraeus isn’t so damaged that he can’t get a major executive job or write a book or two. He’ll do just fine even if the government cuts of his cash flow. He’ll also feel better knowing he told the truth.

I agree...everyone keeps going on about his wife's "big" job and his pension. If he spills the beans on Barry & Co., he would become a national hero.

In a sane country, maybe Petraeus could be a national hero. In the USSA? Not a chance. The media will cover it up, make distractions, do damage control, and inevitably assure that he’s remembered as a philandering, incompetent racist.

There is no way to turn this guy into a hero even if he turns on his master. Do heroes slut around after other women? Do heroes work for Obama in the first place?

Yep, that last sentence is his saving grace IMO.

I’m all for giving him a second chance. Yes, we are disappointed but he’s a flawed human like all of us.

Hope he lives up to our expectations tomorrow.

Well... with 48% of the "nation," anyway. The remaining 51% would want his head on a platter for upsetting their little "free stuff" applecart.
