Just a few minutes ago on CNN, Pentagon correspondent Barbara Starr reported that a high-placed source informed her that former CIA Chief David Petraeus will use his upcoming testimony to amend his previous testimony. According to this source, Petraeus will tell the closed door congressional hearing that he knew "almost immediately" that the September 11 anniversary attack on our Libyan consulate was a terrorist attack committed by the al-Qaeda-linked militia Ansar Al Sharia.

So will there be a big break on something else after 5 pm on Friday to bury the latest from Petraeus.
Unless Petraeus testifies that it was a spontaneous terrorist attack.

In other words, Obama failed in his duties as chief executive and commander in chief to secure the facility as requested and people died. He then ordered his subordinates to lie to cover it up to save his reelection efforts. And no doubt tried to pressure or blackmail Petraeus to remain quiet about it. All impeachable offenses.

By the way, I hats his the release what is going to be said before it is said. Hearings are fake enough; I don’t need second-degree fake news.

Yeah, read the whole article. it is all pretty weaslely. Nothing is clear. It says Petraeus knew almost immediately, but the numerous differing reports clouded the picture and the White House “fog of war” explanation began to break down pretty quickly. yada, yada, yada.

No, that’s a euphemism. Weasel words are ones that have been deprived of all meaning though their outside appearance stays the same, like how weasels are said to suck out the inside of eggs while leaving the shell mostly intact. A classic example is “social,” which is routinely placed before other words (insurance, justice, conscience, etc.) to make people feel good or win arguments and influence people without adding meaning.
Maybe this man has some honor after all. We will have to wait and see.

The quote comes from a Rat Democrat Congressman from Maryland who claims to know what Petraeus said at a closed hearing.
How on earth do you trust that Petraeus actually said those words?
