Top 10 ridiculous White House ‘We the People’ petitions
The Daily Caller ^ | November 14, 2012 | David Martosko

Now that disaffected Americans in all 50 states have petitioned the Obama administration for the right to secede from the United States, the door is open for far more important petitions — like a request to have a catered pizza party once Missouri strikes out on its own. (RELATED: White House ‘secede’ petitions reach 675,000 signatures, 50-state participation)

Is it funnier that real people actually submitted these ten proposals to the White House, or that the administration has only removed two of them fr0m public view? You tell us.

And if you actually sign any of these, you have no one to blame but yourself when the really, really big changes come.

I see that Austin, Tx wants to succeed from Tx but still be part of the US. We need a petition to forcibly give Austin, Berkeley and Madsion to France.

I’m trying to restart the Toledo strip war in hopes of tricking them into winning Detroit.

I once had an idea to print out a map of my town and divide it into zones and use to play RISK. Sort of like the US was invading after the city became an independent city-state.

Amend the TX petition to include a provision for one-way tickets for all liberals who want to leave: NYC or SanFran - their choice.

Good use for our first year's tax dollars in the New Republic of Texas.

I already have posted a petition:

To Peaceably Grant Passage to Citizens of Austin, Texas, to a Socialist destination of choice in the event that the Republic of Texas is reestablished.

You forgot Takoma Park, MD as a destination.

I considered Takoma Park, along with Santa Barbara and Santa Cruz CA, Eugene and Salem OR, Dartmouth NH, New Haven CT; the list is long. I decided to self limit to six.
