How is this not a 3rd world country?
A lot of third world countries don’t allow voting. Obama had an incredible get out the vote. Romney sucked in so many ways but get out the vote was his biggest failure. He was told to go to colleges to get young votes and he said it was not enough investment....what a goof.

Yes, but some 3rd world countries do allow voting. Like Saddam and Hugo Chavez comes to mind. Somehow, they always win.
