If you think the Obama administrations Enterprise Prevention Agenda has been wildly aggressive during the past four years, believe me, we really aint seen nothin yet. A new report released by the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works Minority Committee enumerates a slew of planned EPA regulations that have been delayed or punted on until after the election that will destroy millions of American jobs and cause energy prices to skyrocket even more.

So Forbes waits until the day before the election to report this? Well, thanks for nuthin’.
They have already made 20% of my products illegal to make here in the USA. BUT I can have them made in China and import them with zero paperwork.
How many jobs in the United States did this EPA interference cause to be eliminated and for how long?
All these regulations would do is export all the pollution to China, Vietnam, etc. There will be no net decrease on a global basis. Is it moral to choke poor people in the developing world with our pollution? Sounds racist to me EPA...
Well; them 'poor people' made a CHOICE to do that; didn't they??
And we ALL know that CHOICE is such a wonderful thing in America; don't we!?
(There might be 48,000,000 who tend to disagree; but hell; they don't VOTE!!)
I believe it will result in more pollution overall because the companies in China, Vietnam, etc. don’t give a tinker’s damn about pollution.
One of the molding companies I use went from 210 employees in 2007 to 7 employees today. After bankruptcy reorganization they may get back to 15 or 20 but devastation for the town they are in as these were skilled and well paid employees.
As a micro sample it can be seen what the EPA has done to us because as I said before all those same products can be imported from China. Why can China use the same dye that we cannot?
