I want to see what they think, see if together we can find any trends. My guess is they probably don't have any more answers than I do, but we'll find out for sure on Sunday. Harvard's David Gergen, National Review's Rich Lowry, Vanity Fair's Dee Dee Myers, The Wall Street Journal's Peggy Noonan and our own John Dickerson will start us off. Gov. Christie has handed this election to Obama. I hope that undisciplined fat pig sleeps well after Tuesday night.
You can be sure there is always some intimidation but the old school driveby nets are just about out of business and we will help them along the rest of the way.

Tell me that Wednesday morning. I’m not basing what I posted on any poll. Obviously this is a close race. Christie has handed Obama a large number of independents and undecideds. Romney never had an advantage in the EC. Intrade still has him at hardly a third odds. The media has successfully run interference on Benghazi. This election is lost. I hope I’m wrong but doubt I am. I always believed the mass media would decide this election and from my perspective they have. America has lost... big time.

...I guess you must represent the ostrich (head-in-sand) wing of the GOP? Since you asked for something positive I’ll reply: There is an enthusiasm deficit that could still trip up Obama. If Romney does pull it off, it will be because Obamas turnout falls flat.
Local events like this have national significance. Christie heaped praise on Obama in an almost unseemly manner. Like he was looking for one of those token Republican cabinet posts. Perhaps Sec. of Transportation or the like.
Fir what it’s worth I’d like to add one more reason.
The polling and the media is using 2008 as their base
line for predictions and positions. They have failed
to take 2010 into account. I believe there is an
undercurrent of voters that will again surprise the
press/media and we’re going to see Romney get close or over
300 votes from the Electoral College. Even at this late in
the game the pollsters are hedging because they know it can,
or will, happen.

No.....Governor Christie has not handed the election to Obama. Obama will lose this election by a large margin come, Tuesday evening, next week!!! What Christie has done is to destroy his own career!!! Obama and Christie now have their own “Katrina” named Sandy!!!
