Sorry to be a pest but what exactly does this article mean for Friday’s numbers?

If I understood Rush when he mentioned it....they were caught cooking the books.
My guess is that since they are revising last month’s numbers downward, that will make this month’s look better by comparison! They will be able to report a bigger gain or a smaller loss.
Of course most everything they say is a lie or spin anyway.
