Electrical fire at Saudi wedding kills 25

At least 25 people have died and 30 others were hurt in a fire at a wedding in eastern Saudi Arabia, officials say.

Hundreds were inside the courtyard of a home in the village of Ain Badr, in the Abqaiq region, when the blaze began.

A high-voltage power line reportedly fell down and sent sparks flying after it was hit by celebratory gunfire.

I hope the segregated women got out okay. I despise Saudi Arabia and have come to despise our politicians that won't allow us to become energy independent of those ragheads. It's been proven over and over that we have enough coal, oil, and natural gas to last some hundreds of years if only we used it, not to mention getting more oil from Canada via the Keystone pipeline.

Between our resources and Canada's and Mexico's, we could tell the Saudis to eat sand. Sorry, got off topic.

I personally do not believe that naturalistic evolution as understood by even the best scientists of today is enough to explain why we have who (people) and what (animals and plants) we do. Even the billions of years reported by naturalistic geology for the earth is way too brief. YMMV
