Democratic challenger Elizabeth Warren has now moved to a five-point lead over Republican incumbent Scott Brown in Massachusetts’ U.S. Senate race.
The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Massachusetts Voters finds Warren with 52% support to Brown’s 47%.

Letting voters know she lied repeatedly to get an Affirmative Action boost was a resume enhancer in lefty Massachusetts.
In MA, that wouldn't be helpful, because the registered population is probably D+30. There's a lot of independents, but not enough to overcome that.
Some here have quoted how Coakley was leading Brown right up to the final days. I can tell you though, that there was a sense that she was fading fast. Scott won it at the debate when she called the office "the Kennedy seat", and he responded by saying he called it "the People's seat." I don't have the feeling that Warren is fading, although she deserves to.
I never thought Warren would survive the fake Cherokee heritage, but it came too early, and it seems like enough voters have forgotten what a fraud she is.

Very disappointing that it doesn't matter to a large percentage of Massachusetts voters how repulsive a politician is as a person, how incompetent they are, or how corrupt they are, as long as they have that "D". In Warren's case, the "D" stands for depravity as well as for Democrat.

There's a huge difference between then and now.In 2010 it was a stand alone election.This year Osama Obama's on the ballot.It seems highly unlikely that Osama will have any coattails in most states but he's still adored here.His coattails will almost certainly carry her over the finish line.
