How does an aircraft carrier “deal with... Taliban infiltration of Afghan security forces”? It is a land-locked nation.

obama has ordered and enforced this decline. It will take some doing to turn the damage around.

Yep. He arranged it with a lot of help from his leftist and jihadist pals. It’s done. Recovery would take consistent loyality in power for a long stretch...which won’t happen. We have to be mindful of reality and think accordingly to survive this without being attacked by Obammy’s pals on American soil again.
It doesn’t. As usual, the military is still fighting the last war. The use of force is changing in the world, and the large nation states are in decline. It’s not going to be pretty, but we are witnessing the ability of smaller and smaller groups to use force effectively and to create chaos.
