The commie-in-chief's supporters didn't tune in for a meaningful discussion of opposing viewpoints. They tuned in to see their affirmative action weenie look cool and talk down to that churchy guy with the game show host hair do.

Sure, there would probably be lots of talking about taxes and health care, and stuff, but Obama will have better points, and probably have a couple of cool, funny things to say if you listen carefully.

Beside, Glee isn't on, so what else is there to watch?

Whoa, not so hilarious...probably figured he would be given the questions ahead of time and he just needed to flesh them out. Also, few of these dopes have ever seen his emptyness speak off the cuff, ever. When he does, it is a rambling message of disjoined comments interspersed with many “ahs and ehs”. Drugs can do that to one.

On the subject of drugs, they must have juiced him up for his speech yesterday morning because he was his usual billigerent self, full of mochery and snarkiness in dealing with Romney’s points. Of course the teleprompter was in use for that one.

I taught a LOT of Obama supporters in school. Any mental effort required would generally cause a really big upset.

Just goes to demonstrate the pertinence of Mitt’s 47% comment. Those who are dependent on their handouts, or who are dependent on their jobs administering the handouts, are impervious to rational argument, appeals to patriotism, or common sense.

As for a Letterman’s list of reasons why the Kenyan did so poorly in the debate, the top two are easy:
