Also, few of these dopes have ever seen his emptyness speak off the cuff, ever. When he does, it is a rambling message of disjoined comments interspersed with many “ahs and ehs”. Drugs can do that to one.
On the subject of drugs, they must have juiced him up for his speech yesterday morning because he was his usual billigerent self, full of mochery and snarkiness in dealing with Romney’s points. Of course the teleprompter was in use for that one.
