What better way of proving you are a better candidate than your socialist opponent than to describe to the public how you are just like him?

Think we better resign ourselves to the fact that he’s been campaigning for president for 5 years now. If he was capable of figuring out how to run a proper campaign, he would have figured it out by now.

Apparently he’s got another ad running today where he emphasizes how both he and Obama care about the middle class.

He’s in a tough place...can’t attack his own law while not supporting Obamacare.

Oh boy, here we go. It’s 1994 all over again. Who can forget that by the time that senate campaign wound down Romney was “more compassionate, more gay friendly, more enthusiastic about abortion, more liberal” than Teddy Kennedy. And the race that Romney led at the beginning quickly turned into a Kennedy landslide.

This guy Romney is such a freaking coward...

Pray for America.

Romney does not understand the limitations placed on government by the founders. It is not the role of government to be compassionate. Taking from some to give to others is the foundation of tyranny. We have become a tyranny and are no more a constitutional republic.

No point in saying things nobody but us would agree with unless you want to lose. The ad is good.

During Bush's years in office I had 'friends' who defended his liberal policies by saying he advertised them before being elected and did so by calling them 'compassionate conservatism'.

They are no longer friends.

The difference is that in Massachusetts it was constitutional and it is what the people wanted.
At the Federal level it is unconstitutional and the majority did not want it.

The point is that Romney is not without compassion and worked within the letter of the MA constitution as well as the US constitution.

It seems sometimes like BOTH candidates don't want to win, but OBOBO has the MSM to sit on any news or gaffes detrimental to OBOBO.

6 weeks out is no time to start shooting at our candidate.
Obama has a target on him as big as the moon.

Oh good grief! Well, he’s not Obama...he’s a democrat but Obama is communist. I will vote for the rat-faced elephant.

I'm waiting for him to say, “I am severely compassionate.” That should fix it just like, “I am a severe conservative”, fixed it.

The word “insurance” does not appear in the Massachusetts Constitution. However, that Constitution’s “Declaration of Rights” says: “All people are born free and equal and have certain natural, essential and unalienable rights; among which may be reckoned the right of enjoying and defending their lives and liberties; that of acquiring, possessing and protecting property; in fine, that of seeking and obtaining their safety and happiness.”

How does a mandate that forces a man to surrender some of his liberty and some of his property in purchasing a government-approved health-insurance policy comport with the natural rights to liberty and property expressly protected by the Massachusetts Constitution?
