A shaky YouTube video of a voter registration effort outside a Colorado Springs grocery store led the county's elections boss to clarify Sunday that campaign volunteers arent on the government payroll.
The incident caught on video shows an encounter between a patron and a young female volunteer who was apparently working to make sure voters backing Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney made it to the polls. The problem: The young woman, after some head-scratching, says her work to boost the GOP turnout is funded by the county clerk.

It looks like every leftist in Colorado Springs is commenting.
View the YouTube video. Yeah, the girl trying to register voters is flustered and should know her job better, but you have to feel sorry for her being accosted by the shrill, harpy democrat (who, I believe, posted this on YouTube).
At least the girl made the effort to get out and do something that she believed in, as opposed to the progressive keyboard warriors on the Gazette website.
The shrilling liberals used to get their asses kicked by the majority conservatives when the comments didn’t require a Facebook account. Now they just comment amongst themselves...it makes them feel important.
The Gazette would love nothing more than to be the next liberal rag, but in a pretty conservative community, they
at least know what side their bread is buttered. Taking a
left turn would lead to their shut down more quickly.
Outrageous! How dare she use dem tactics!
ACORN trains their people well.
How do we know that everyone in this video isn’t a member of Team Obama and this is staged to try and make Republicans look bad?
That too would be a dem tactic, funny thing about conservatives is we actually give a s**t how we behave and ethics, they could care less, winning is their only perceived virtue but we spend so much time defending ourselves, they spend none. Ignore the silly claptrap and pound away at their dismal record.
