Less of a problem, but nevertheless, a problem for the Right, is a proper understanding of freedom. The libertarian Right equates freedom and license.

Freedom, properly understood, is freedom to do good. To serve the truth. This true and uplifting vision appeals to the heart, and is also more likely to motivate our side to get politically active.

Just wondering: To what extent there is a cover up re B. Hussein Obama by google, etc. I read a review of "The Amateur" by Edward Klein. The review painted a negative picture of O. A few days later I discovered that none of the terms from that blog showed up on google search, but those of the blog before it and after it did show up. Maybe it is just a coincidence. Freedom, to be authentic and thinkable, includes responsibilities.

Insofar as the Left campaigns perpetually to eliminate individuals’ obligations and responsibilities… they compel them into a slavery to the ‘system’.

I certainly hope so.. I just fear Romney would take the same approach that McCain did with not using Jeremiah Wright against Obama... So the Super Pacs will have to be the ones doing the damage for us.

Just think how many hapless, lifelong elderly Democrats, who are laboring under the false assumption that their party is still an American party, will not have seen what transpired at the DNC...simply because they dont use the internet and still get all their news from the networks..

Another big reason that "God" was expunged by the Dems in the first place is that the word is considered offensive to those of the Islam pursuasion.....thousands of whose acolytes were milling around Charlotte holding prayer services......and 100 of them were actual delegates inside the convention hall.

If you recall, the woman next to that guy screaming "no" and waving his arms held a sign stating "Arab-Americans".

If "Allah" can't be in the platform, neither can "God". You can bet Obama was behind this originally, and caved when his advisors warned him that a total deletion of "God" would be disasterous to the party and the president's campaign.

Last convention there were 25 Muslim delegates to the DemonCrat convention. This year the number is fourfold.
