I have never seen a Volt on the road. It sells that well.

But of course - adding more to the negative side of the economic balance sheet than you do to the positive side of the balance sheet is how you obtain long term economic growth. Same way if you are having trouble with your current mortgage - the solution is to take out another mortgage so you have two to pay to improve your financial situation.

This is a continuation in the long history of brilliant business decisions by government... Nearly as awesome as when the US government took over the Mustang Ranch, the legal NV brothel, after Joe Conforte's conviction. This was one of the most wildly profitable businesses in the state of Nevada. And the government ran it right into the ground. The US government LOST MONEY SELLING SEX!!!!!
