Great strategy by Paul Ryan. And i also like how he called out the pResident.
And so, we were going to ask, where does President Obama stand? Does he stand with his former Chief of Staff Mayor Rahm Emanuel, with the children and the parents, or does he stand with the union?

Republican vice-presidential candidate Paul Ryan spoke out against the Chicago Teachers Union strike on Monday, saying he stands behind Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel's opposition to the demonstration.Paul Ryan needs to stfu and stfooi.

Let the godfather live with the fallout of his own problems. Ryan shouldn’t even acknowledge him.

The Chicago teachers have joined the OWS. Let them stay out until after the election. Maybe they can camp with the OWS protesters. Most of those protesters look more like SEIU members than members of the teachers’ union anyway.
One sign that a teacher was holding in the CNN picture said, “Support Students, not Bankers!” If that doesn’t sound like OWS, I don’t know what does.

"We know that Rahm is not going to support our campaign, but on this issue and this day we stand with Mayor Rahm Emanuel." A master stroke by the next Vice President of the United States. We must be vigilant, though, to be sure that the ENTIRE sentence is quoted in the LSM, not just the part after the word "BUT".

WTF? Why is it necessary to comment on an event that makes the teachers look bad? Why not leave them twisting in the wind? Why is it necessary to “reach across the aisle” to the mayor of Chicago and ace former chief of staff? The TARP instinct is still there.

(Why vote Democrat Lite?)
To: Free ThinkerNY
I know a lot of union guys who won't support the GOP only because they see the Dems as the friends of the unions. They disagree with the Dems on the gay stuff, the economy, taxes, welfare, etc. but they have to vote union.
Ryan didn't need to move an inch to negate the union issue. He merely highlighted that the Dems are no longer going to give them everything they want either, since there's NO MORE MONEY.
Once you let the unions know the game is up, they can vote on other issues, like the good of the country they claim to love.
