What kind of idiot parent allows their 11 year old to go into a battle zone?
Or am I wrong, is there no battle over abortion? This is the first time the other side has become out of control?
Personally, from the little I read, I think the parents have opened themselves to charges of child endangerment.
You don’t think that taking a child to a prayer service should be presumed a safe endeavor? In the land of the free and the home of the brave?
Every parent should learn from these. They may not stop abortion but they sure will raise a good citizen.

LOLOLOL!!!! Kids are not mind numbed robots, they think for themselves. Allows them to go? I encourage it!!!
Ask my kids who paraded down a main street today, two miles in 90 degree heat chanting “We love babies, Yes we do. We love babies, how ‘bout you?” Without me, with 30 other kids.
The only difference is, our kids know how to handle the other side. They sing, they cheer. They laugh right in their faces and hand them balloons. I would like to take the mother aside and tell her that she should not have let her daughter be there without backup. Because two slimy Pro-Death women can’t beat 30 chanting kids with yellow balloons.

Kids go to many prolife marches annually therefore are well prepared for the nasties. The kid said, paraphrasing, she wasn’t sorry and would do it again.
Battleground? Since when is putting flowers on the ground considered doing battle?
Even 11 year olds have the right to go peaceably about their business in a public place. If some psycho attacks them, how is that the fault of the parents? Children have been murdered at school. Are the parents who send their children to school negligent for doing so?
The only part I disagree with here is that the parents do not appear to have been armed. Perhaps they were. But no mention of it. Then again NC has some funky laws about carrying during a funeral or demonstration.
They are safer than children in the womb!!
