Hey, if it outlaws Islam within the US because Islam is a false religion, then I guess I'd support modifications to the First Amendment also.
Otherwise ... not so much.

In a second term, he’ll have more flexibility

That Citizen’s United has stuck in Obama’s craw since it was handed down. It must be a huge roadblock to what the democrats are trying to accomplish in this country.
If they hold a Constitutional Convention, I hope they consider abolishing the 17th amendment... Now that’s something I can support 100%!

Just when the sunami begins to rises against them from our side of the issues..
The Socialists ....errr..... I mean Democrats are eager to silence the opposition.

In its decision, the Supreme Court said that the government could not restrict the free-speech rights of organizations during elections, striking down key provisions of the McCain-Feingold campaign finance law. Un-American garbage seems to run rampant in D.C.

Can’t have any effective opposition to the labor unions and state-controlled media, Ubama’s own private Super-Pacs.

Why doesn’t he just put on a khaki uniform, award himself every US military medal and start calling himself President-for-life Idi Amin?

“Even if the Amendment process falls short”, I’ll just enact it by Executive Order.

I have just one hyphenated word that sums this up:
Non-Starter
It would not even pass the currently dimmocratic-controlled Senate, much less the House. And to get three-fourths of the States to agree????
Yup - Non-Starter
To: LibLieSlayer; All
Y'know ... it occurs to me ... what can ANYone do if, in these last what .. 60 some days, a corporation just annonymously dumps a million dollars on Romney, or any of the conservative candidates running for office?
I mean ... so zero signs a piece of paper ....
SO WHAT?
He ignores REAL legislation, why shouldn't we IGNORE his unconstitutional, revolutionary ... boojit !!??
zero is calling for war ... revolution of SOME kind and will do whatever it takes to get violence and blood happening.
Just ignore his paper ... he ignores ours.

John McCain, as well as Obama, will be happy if Citizens United is overturned.
