The title on Drudge says “Tina Bites” underneath the Newsweek cover picure ... would you happen to know what the title “Tina Bites” has to do with the Newsweek or DailyBeast article?

Comment (under the article):

"Love it or leave it cons. Self deport after you lose again."

Looks like that comment board needs to be Freeped.

1.5 million people still subscribe to Newsweek magazine?

I bet they mail most of those directly to the recycling center.

1.5 million people still subscribe to Newsweek magazine? I'm having trouble believing it - do these people know they're subscribers?

Good point. I received Newsweek for years for some unknown reason. Never got a bill, and didn't read it. It makes a good liner for the cat litter box, though.

Check that (not check mate, though). My referred comment was #110, not 82.

By the way, as you know—chess is a very fine game—simple rules, endless strategies.

-—”If anyone has a few extra dollars and can stomach it, buy a copy of the Newsweek and leave it in a doctor/dentist office.”

BRILLIANT!!! That’s true Alinsky strategy.

Everyone do it!! Doctor’s offices, hospitals, etc.

Seriously, I want obozo to fail. And until he is out on his behind, there are shopping sources to consider until you and I can once again buy what we need without going bankrupt. There is Goodwill, Salvation Army, etc. There are clothing exchanges that are held in churches and through women's organizations and the PTA’s. There are also many resale shops, and in particular in upscale neighborhoods they are worth looking at. There are consignment stores for clothing and furniture, household items. There are garage sales aplenty that advertise their particular items to be sold. There are food pantries through the Churches and other organizations where you can obtain food..your money then can go further to purchasing food etc. that can't be obtained at the food pantries.

We do what we must do to make it through these miserable times, and children must be taught that there is no shame to be seen in, or purchasing from any of the above sources. You do what you have to do to obtain the necessities. And thank God we do have these resources.
