President Obama turns 51 on Saturday. Naturally, Michelle wants you to celebrate by giving her husband the key to your coffers. The RNC, however, has a much better way for you to partake in the festivities without breaking your bank:

The fourth day of August, 1961, will be the most memorable epocha in the history of America. I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated by succeeding generations as the great anniversary festival. It ought to be commemorated as the day of potsmoking, by solemn acts of devotion to the god Choom. It ought to be solemnized with pot, ragweed, Mary Jane, hash, and whackyweed, with hemp, Panama Red, Columbian Gold, ditchweed, and homegrown, with doobies, spliffs, roaches, tokes, bong-hits, bonfires, and illuminations, from one end of this continent to the other, from this time forward forevermore. -- John Adams

Make his dreams come true with a free overnighter at the next San Francisco "Buttless Chaps" parade of Homosexuals.

Celebrate Obama’s birthday by turning all your pants pockets inside out. For extra credit, rip the seam in those pants for easier access to Barney Frank.
