Dozens protested! Traffic was backed up for minutes!
Here’s the thing. Where there were crowds...it’s large urban areas (St Louis, Chicago, Philly, or Washington DC). When you drove out into the middle of Iowa to some town of 20k...there was virtually nothing seen for the entire day. Same for towns in Mississippi or Alabama.
Not a surprise. Most gays went on Wednesday with the rest of the folks based on free speech. This proves though that if we put up a decent conservative Presidential candidate, we would win. Why everyone on Free Republic (Most anyway) feel that Romney is the greatest candidate on Earth is beyond me. As you can see people will support values and morals as proved on Wednesday. Dump Romney for a conservative and watch the conservative immediately get voted in with zero worries. Romney is going to be a close call which we do not need.
It also looks like they all stayed well outside for their little protests. Some of them don’t even look like they were on Chick-fil-A property.
Anyone seen any cases where they went into the restaurant and tried anything? I’m thinking this looks like a massive backing-down.
Well God commands man to hate evil reverend. This reverend must of got her doctor of divinity from an online university for 50 bucks and two box tops.
But the joking aside there is no hate speech in what Cathy said. It is a simple fact that marriage is an institution as old as civilization and not something that courts or governments should feel is in their power to change.
Marriage is the foundation of society and most of what is wrong with our society has its roots in the softening of that foundation. Fatherless children and single mothers are at the base of inter-city violence and crime.
The so called protest did one thing. It is waking up people to how hateful perverted homosexuals are.
The reporterette for FOX news in Austin, TX last night was standing outside of somewhere and claimed she couldn’t show the kiss-in because it was too far away for the camera. Say what?!? That makes no sense unless there were not protests and the kiss-in never happened.
