The Final Step

a few predictions about Obamacare. It will be implemented, jobs will be destroyed, the economy will tank, which means that more and more people will qualify for free stuff and fewer and fewer people will be able to pay for free stuff.

According to the Doctor Patient Medical Association, 83% of American doctors have considered retiring because ofObamacare.

Thousands of doctors will retire rather than worry about the new laws, taxes, and legal liabilities. Eventually, there won’t be enough doctors to take care of all these people qualifying for free stuff. The money for free stuff will run out.

The next step everyone already knows from looking at Canada and Europe. Waiting for a doctor will be like waiting for bread behind the Iron Curtain. The problem will worsen and worsen.

“There are seven billion lessor beings infesting their earth, and they just won’t tolerate us anymore.”
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

That seems to be the general idea after all, doesn’t it?

Call me crazy, but ...

I have a disorder affecting the largest nerve of the brain. It is a fairly rare, extremely painful condition. Very high doses of morphine is the same as taking baby aspirin once a flare sets in. It takes high doses of a mixture of drugs to get the flare down. I will cease to exist without the correct meds every day and there are very few doctors even aware of the disorder. At one ER, out of state and away from home, I was told flat-out by the attending physician that “[it] does not exist in the hospital’s database so I can’t help you.” I would’ve been pushed out the door untreated had it not been for the kindness of a nurse who took my note (I can’t speak during flares) and looked up the disorder on the Internet. She gave the info to the doctor who finally took the time to read about it and did, eventually, get the flare down.

Now I am so afraid that the only doctor who’s ever successfully treated me is going to retire due to Obama’s amazingly idiotic plan.

Here comes the “call me crazy” bit. Lately, I’ve been eyeing veterinarian’s offices to see which one looks like a good place to go if need be. And I ain’t jokin’. :-)

May God help us all.

I’d recommend before he quits/retires you beg your doctor to prepare an explanation of your condition and treatment regimen.

You can load onto a zip drive and wear it around your neck, or load the files into your smartphone.
