A disturbing action known as "love jihad" is gaining notoriety after several reports have emerged of young impressionable women being seduced by Muslim men who wish to manipulate them and use them in an effort to aid their jihad.
Troves of diplomatic cables were disclosed to the public after the WikiLeaks incident, and one of the cables revealed how foreign officials were monitoring what they referred to as "love jihad" -- an alleged conspiracy of foreign-funded "charming" Muslim men attempting to seduce, marry and convert Hindu and Christian women to be used in the jihadi effort.
One such correspondence from U.S. diplomats stated in their report from the Chennai consulate in India: "Both Hindu and Christian groups have expressed fear and outrage at the 'plot,' while Muslim groups have felt the need to defend their co-religionists against the conspiracy theorists."
The cable continued to explain that the "controversial phenomena of 'love jihad' had been responsible for exacerbating "religious tensions" in southern India.
The Commission for Social Harmony and Vigilance of the Kerala Catholic Bishops Council (KCBC) conducted a report which highlighted the grave nature of love jihadists. The report stated "that that there had been 2,868 female victims of the 'love jihad' in Kerala from 2006 to 2009."
The commission also provided several recommendations to parents in order to monitor their young daughters. The recommendations included monitoring cell phones and computers in order to keep track of communications to prevent any form of coercion. They also suggested becoming aware of possible "charming young Muslim men involved in the scheme."
Indian officials also explained that there are several organizations suspected of targeting young non-Muslim women with love jihad in an effort to bring more children to Islam. The organizations included the Muslim Youth Forum as well as Muslim women's organizations such as the Thasreen Millet and Shaheen Force.
It should be noted that Islam allows Muslims to lie to non-Muslims in an effort to guard or protect Islam. This practice is known as 'taqiyyah' or holy deception and has been used against enemies of Islam for centuries.
Representatives of the Global Council of Indian Christians (GCIC) released a statement which explained they understood that not all young Muslims are involved in this practice. However, the announcement also urged people of all faiths "to raise their voices against these perverted evil forces, and condemn this tragic development in the interests of peace and harmony among the members of different religions in the country and the world."

I have to agree. I used to know a woman who had a thing for Middle Eastern men----Iranians in particular, for whatever bizarre reason. She was treated like garbage by each one she picked up, but she never could understand the connection between Islamic men and abuse.

That’s what came to my mind. Maybe that is why they separated before he was converted.
