I hard this story on the radio hourly news almost all day yesterday on WABC 770 AM in NYC. I think it got at least a few minutes on WABC TV, channel 7, national evening news, World News Tonight(?) at 6:30 PM! Maybe it was the first or second story. I was in a bit of a shock.

I’m reading that Agent Terry was armed with ‘bean bags’. Wow...if we’d fought the first Mex/Usa war that way, we’d all be speaking Spanish and sporting graffiti by now....as opposed to the near future.

The indictment alleges that the defendants had illegally entered the United States from Mexico for the purpose of robbing drug traffickers of their contraband.

So.....I 'm to believe tha drug trafficking is now "Commerce"?

That makes sense.

Indict a bunch of Mexican nationals, that you’ll never catch nor see again, for murder, while they two people most responsible for them having the guns in the first place - FuBO and jackwagon Holder, are still walking around free as a bird.

Fed LEOs know Holder’s hands are bloody in this; yet, they do nothing. If they had ANY honor and integrity, they’d be frog marching that damned POS out of the DOJ and into a jail cell.

When I read this yesterday (Tuesday) I actually had to chuckle. Not a funny ha-ha chuckle. But a disgusting bs chuckle. This whole thing is a farce since the MexGov will never turn the fugitives in to the US since they will face the Death Penalty.

Oops, sorry. Make that 'should' face the Death Penalty. Plus, I don't see Holder, Obama, Janet Nappy, or any ATF agents named as conspirators or accessories to Agent Brian Terry's MURDER.
