Obama needs to give a “Restraint Declaration” telling all Americans they are now his subjects and can be taxed at his whim.

We lost the 13th amendment and the 14th among others-those who are Natural Born Citizens of the USA are subject to the tax and illegal aliens are not (like Obama), clearly a discrimination based on national origin. I’m sure the DOJ will jump right on that.
