It will not matter... john roberts was a mistake... a liberal, big government progressive who does not believe in Sovereign States... he is the most powerful jurist in America... and I now doubt that obama care will be overturned... I think it will be a 5 to 4 decision to keep it all. We are lost as a Republic... we need to default and start this thing over in the manner that our Founders intended.

You can't blame this on Roberts.
Kennedy would have voted to toss the whole thing without Roberts siding with him on the parts that were struck down.
That would have caused a 4-4 split and allowed the lower court ruling to stand, and that killed the whole thing.
One of the RATS didn't vote on it. Kennedy is to blame for this one.

You're right...Roberts is less than conservatives hoped he would be BUT he's better than what we'll get if/when OBozo gets another nominee.
AZ now needs to sue the feds for enforcement of what's already in the fed statutes.

I AGREE ALL IS LOST. This Roberts insane decision cannot be good news for the Obamacare decision.
When do we take to the streets - or at least march on the District of Corruption? When????? I have been asking this question ever since Piglosi took over in Jan 2007. Most Americans are not enamored with San Francisco values - I fail to see how Piglosi can claim to represent Americans.

If you expect the ObamaCare decision to be 5-4 in its favor, you expect Kennedy, not Roberts, to side with Alito, Scalia and Thomas in a minority against it?
And if you happen to be wrong Thursday, your nonsensical Roberts comment will conveniently fall down the proverbial memory hole.
I don't expect conservatives will be pleased Thursday even if ObamaCare is thrown out in its entirety.
