kennedy is guilty but I read the roberts opinion and he is not the jurist that he claimed in his Senate hearings. I blame him for being a progressive jurist that made an unconstitutional decision. Mark Levin said this yesterday also. I am in good company in my opinion. Scalia wasn't happy either.

Scalia stated it best... this ruling now states that there are no Sovereign States and IMHO... Arizona will be found to not have standing to sue. roberts stated yesterday... according to Mark Levin... that they could revisit the rightful search clause if the aclu and other groups want to file their cases in a different manner. Some Conservative huh?!

This is clearly ‘taxation without representation’ because if Arizonans pay US Federal taxes which in part fund the DHS and ICE budgets for immigration enforcement yet they are denied services by these agencies to enforce federal law which other states receive, it could both violate due process and equal protection under the Law clauses and the state of Arizona should seek waivers by its citizens to exempt duty to pay federal taxes since they are the intended recipients merely by the status of their legal state residence denied said federal services based upon openly stated discrimination.

It will not matter... john roberts was a mistake... a liberal, big government progressive who does not believe in Sovereign States... he is the most powerful jurist in America... and I now doubt that obama care will be overturned... I think it will be a 5 to 4 decision to keep it all. We are lost as a Republic... we need to default and start this thing over in the manner that our Founders intended.

If you expect the ObamaCare decision to be 5-4 in its favor, you expect Kennedy, not Roberts, to side with Alito, Scalia and Thomas in a minority against it?

And if you happen to be wrong Thursday, your nonsensical Roberts comment will conveniently fall down the proverbial memory hole.

I don't expect conservatives will be pleased Thursday even if ObamaCare is thrown out in its entirety.
