Feds cut ties with Arizona agencies, won't assist in many illegal immigrant calls (IMPEACH OBAMA!)

The way Arizona should get the Feds to respond is to pass a law allowing the state to detain an individual indefinitely until they produce true id.

It will not matter... john roberts was a mistake... a liberal, big government progressive who does not believe in Sovereign States... he is the most powerful jurist in America... and I now doubt that obama care will be overturned... I think it will be a 5 to 4 decision to keep it all. We are lost as a Republic... we need to default and start this thing over in the manner that our Founders intended.

Any death caused by an illegal that happens in the State of Arizona may now be directly blamed on Obama and Napolitano.

You can't blame this on Roberts.

Kennedy would have voted to toss the whole thing without Roberts siding with him on the parts that were struck down.

That would have caused a 4-4 split and allowed the lower court ruling to stand, and that killed the whole thing.

Fine. Arizona should still find illegal aliens, but not bother calling the feds at all. Just take them to the border crossings and send them across into Mexico, at gunpoint if need be. The feds can refuse to execute US laws and refuse to help the states do so, but can they prosecute states for executing those laws themselves?

Perhaps SCOTUS should have read it too. It appears it didn’t give a crap about the country or states security. It bent over for obama so that we could get screwed.
