SNIP
The Obama campaign apparently loves to ding former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney with the charge of outsourcing. On several occasions, we have faulted the campaign for its claims, apparently to little avail.
Now, all of the claims have been combined in one 30-second ad, with the added incendiary charge that the presumptive Republican presidential nominee was a corporate raider. Lets look anew at this material.

Regarding the other claims, concerning Canadian electronics maker SMTC Manufacturing and customer service firm Modus Media, the Obama campaign tries to take advantage of a gray area in which Romney had stepped down from Bain to manage the Salt lake City Olympics but had not sold his shares in the firm. We had previously given the Obama campaign Three Pinocchios for such tactics.
SNIP
As we mentioned, we recounted this ancient Massachusetts history before, giving the campaign Two Pinocchios. So we were very surprised the Obama campaign cited that critical Fact Checker column as a source for the ad in its back-up materials.
The ad also cites as a source a Boston Globe article from last month that merely reports on an earlier ad making similar charges. Thats highly circular reasoning and is not fair play.

The Pinocchio Test
The Obama campaign fails to make its case. On just about every level, this ad is misleading, unfair and untrue, from the use of corporate raider to its examples of alleged outsourcing. Simply repeating the same debunked claims wont make them any more correct.

Wow! Four Pinocchios. I wonder if that’s a record?
And the WaPo published it?
“Wow! Four Pinocchios. I wonder if thats a record?”
No, Clinton edges him out with 5 pinocchios. “I never had sex with that woman”
The Post and NYT were roughly equal in the liberal-rag quotient for a long time, but the WP has moved gradually towards the center for quite awhile now. It still leans left, but they run some good articles on occasion.
“Wow! Four Pinocchios. I wonder if thats a record?
And the WaPo published it?”
If it didn’t make TV, it didn’t happen according to the obama voting idiots.
Look, the WaPo is dealing with aged 1960s campus radicals (spoiled brats) and their bratty ideological issue.. these are individuals who cling to an imaginary world of a college campus.
Weekend news dump.
Barrack PinnObamachios.
Its the classic tale of a little Marxist wood head, with a wooden chip on his shoulder, who wanted to be an even bigger Marxist wood head with an even bigger wooden chip on his shoulder.
It was published on 6/21, Thursday.
Just sent the article to one of my lefty friends. Got the nananananana I can’t hear you reaction.
Liberalism is in fact a mental disorder.
When the crunch time comes, the Post will (reluctantly it will claim) endorse Zero for the election. Because even with his “minor” flaws he is still better than a “hard right winger” like Romney (har har).
So what is WaPo going to do about it, demand that Obama retract the ad?
