The States have the right to enforce Federal law even if the Feds are unwilling to do so.
This law would be superfluous and in direct contravention to the 10th Amendment.

Obviously, Chuckie, the Feds are refusing to uphold the laws. I guess we can pick and choose which laws we want to obey .. or not.
That’s the problem with lawlessness.

Chucky has a REAL problem with understanding how a Federal System is suppose to work. 50 different answers is a GOOD THING - Kind of like natural selection. The best answers become obvious, then can be copied.
This boy needs a lesson!

but Democrats are already preparing for a potential loss by saying theyll try to pass legislation stripping states of the power to enact their own immigration rules. Dead in the water quicker than you can said "epic FAIL."

I believe it is simply too damaging to our economy and too dangerous to our democracy to have 50 states doing 50 different things with regard to immigration policy,
So, would the same apply to sugary drink policy, Chuckles?

I would like to hear any evidence there has ever been a more incompetent and disastrous presidential administration than this one. They believe they are bigger than the law. In their mind, anyone who disagrees must be destroyed. This includes citizens, judges, and foreign leaders. November cannot come soon enough.

Makes sense. They can’t let the Supreme Court stand in the way of Democrat voter-recruitment efforts.

Chuckie is the head clown on the Hill who refuses to comply with the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. He thinks that he has the power to take away the powers reserved to the people in the Constitution. Chuckie has been practicing this lawless power grab behavior for so long now that he behaves like a crazed heroin junkie scheming for his next fix.

saying theyll try to pass legislation stripping states of the power to enact their own immigration rules. Why bother, when an Executive Order will do?

WASHINGTONA House committee voted to sanction Attorney General Eric Holder with contempt of Congress, escalating a standoff between Republicans and the Obama administration over documents about a botched gun-trafficking operation. When Chuckie or the mediots say "our democracy," they mean collectivized power belonging to them.

The Federal Government is, and has been remiss in their handling of one of their primary duties. What the “H” do we need the Federal Government for if they can’t handle the job they were created by the Founders to perform?
Everything beyond protection of our borders, and managing our economics, which they are also remiss is superfluous Leftist nonsense created over many years with centralizing our government as goal that needs to be eliminated, or sent to the States for their consideration as to whether they even want to bother with it.
Shrink the Federal Government by eliminating all of the Leftist Centralizing departments they created, and fire every person involved in every bureaucracy that exists to support those departments.

The Supreme Court hears arguments Wednesday over Arizonas immigration-crackdown law, but Democrats are already preparing for a potential loss by saying theyll try to pass legislation stripping states of the power to enact their own immigration rules. I doubt that the Senate would ever pass such a bill; and the probability of its doing so would be further diminished if the GOP were to take control of the upper chamber next January, as it very well could.
And, even if this proposed bill were (somehow) to pass the Senate, it would surely be a no-go in the House...

Obama must cease and desist, or he will be arrested and clapped in irons as a violator of the Constitution he has sword to defend and uphold. He will have become a treasonous usurper.
